"weight loss time machine" allows you to squeeze 40 minutes exercise into 10 minutes

A recent study showed that by using HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training ) and cycling gave participants the equivalent of over 40 minutes of activity in just 10 minutes.

Here's the program:

2 minute warm up

20 seconds flat out cycling

2 minute recovery cycle

20 seconds flat out cycling

2 minute recovery cycle

20 seconds flat out cycling

3 minute cool down

That's it!

Basically 3 lots of 20 second high intensity followed by 2 minutes of normal cycling.
