My latest weigh in - for your benefit!

I'm delighted to announce that my weight has reduced again.
This week, I've been 198 lb each day an hour after getting up.

THat means I have now lost 14.5 lb since the start of my program.

Which is the same as 6.5kg or  1stone and 1/2 a pound.

BMI of 28 - still overweight, but not obese anymore. People are starting to give me great complements.

Update - having loads of energy and still getting great comments

I've made some changes and I wanted to update my progress, many months after starting this weight loss project.

I'm happy to say that my weight is now 202 lb or 91.6 Kg  (14st 6 lb)

Not only have I managed to keep the weight down but I'm getting some great comments from friends, too.

The other day when I went to my local chippy (yes I do eat chips every week), Rose who works there said that she didn't recognise me when I went in last week. I explained what I was doing.

Changes that I've made
Recently I've changed jobs and having to get up at 5:30 and finishing at 11pm with a 2 hour break in the evening was taking its toll.

Now I have 3 daily disciplines.

Breakfast
1 shot MonaVie Active from my friend Marion

Toast - 1 piece with Jam, butter, whatever.

3pm break
When I change shifts from teaching to admin I have another can of EMV from Marion

Evening meal
This is the one time I get to spend with my family (Sue and my 2 boys) so we all get together and eat what we want.
I'll take 2 skinny tablets half an hour before the meal with a glass of water.
As a family we'll drink MonaVie original at the table.

Hopefully knowing what I do will help you, too. Despite my busy lifestyle I no longer feel tired and get lots of comments on how happy and slim I look. That keeps me motivated.

Weigh in 27 May 205.8lb [93.3kg]

After the weekend when my friend Gio said that I was looking 10 years younger, I've felt really happy and comfortable with my weight loss system.

Looking at the figures I'm the lowest I've been for 20 years.
Current weight 205.8lb which means I'm down 6.7lb [3kg]

Over the weekend I will check BMI on the Omron - I think its currently 29.1

My wife Sue has lost 1.5kg in 1.5 weeks.

We're officially going to share our weight loss system in 4 weeks and looking for people who want to feel as good as us.

It's now been a week since my weight loss products have been in the house.

Current weight.. 95.4kg  209.88 lb (let's call it 210)

That's 1kg or 2 lbs ths week

Losing Weight Diary - Day 6

So, just done my weigh in - it's been a few days and I've managed to keep to my new routine.
Mainly on account that my weight loss products are totally yummy.

Here's the stats:

Weight 95.9 KG  (15 Stone 1.4 lbs)   or 212.5 lbs

Thanks to the omron, I've now got some extra measurementes.
I'm
20.9% Fat
Visceral fat is 9%
BMI is 26.6

3 differences in 3 days

Since starting my weight loss program I've noticed 3 things.

1. More energy - I actually found myself making my breakfast and lunch the night before.

2. Needing a belt :-)) My jeans were slipping. Not a good thing., so I had to get out one of my old belts.

Losing Weight Diary - Day 1, the weight in

Ok, so I got my scales and I've done my weight in.

I weight 15 Stone 2.5 lbs  (212.5 lbs) or 96.4 KGs

According to the national heart and lung institute I have a body mass index BMI of 34.7 which makes me obese.

Anyway - I modified my meals using the instructions and enjoyed my first day.

Losing Weight Diary - Day 0

My friend, David Ingham's introduced me to his weight loss program, so I'm starting off with step 1.
How will I know what weight I've lost? Exactly - I don't have a scales in the house, so I've decided to purchase something that will not only weigh me in pounds and kilos, but will give me an idea of how fat I am.
